We write when your order ships, once to ask how it fits, and once when the next term opens. Reply to any of them and a person answers. Ask and we delete what we hold.
Nothing on this site tracks you across other sites. There are no advertising pixels.
Joining the list keeps your email, the page you joined from, the page that sent you, your browser's type and a scrambled network address, to stop spam. Your code is tied to that email. Adding a number for texts also keeps the number, the time, the exact words you agreed to and your network address, because the law that governs texting asks for them. Reply STOP to any text and it ends. Every email carries a way off the list, and writing to us does the same.
